I know this is a little blurry and I apologize.
The sign reads:
Books are the Home of The American People --Emerson
I am a big architecture buff. I love looking at older buildings, older signs, unique and unusual signs, etc, etc, etc.
I happen to be walking dowtown today getting an errand done, and happened to look up. For the past 3 1/3 years that I have been here, most of this building was under wraps by a big construction wall. I have not been down here in quite some time so was pleased to see the wall was removed.
While looking at the wall behind the wall, I see this sign. I am also a huge reader, and was wondering what was behind the doors. I assumed it was an office building, and thought, Eh, I will just go home and google the address to see if I am right.
So, after a long day, and finally having some quiet me time before bed, I remembered the address.
210 W Market is the address that follows the clicks of my keys on the keyboard.
Wow!! It is not an office building after all. It is:
The Brisco Western Art Museum.

The website focuses alot on the Artists Night Celebration, but no information is available about the hours, rate of admission, etc. If I do find any of that info, I will be sure to update this blog to reflect that.
So I guess the appropriate and cheesy line to close todays blog is
"Happy Trails to you..."
